Choose from our four distinct farm stays, each offering something special:

1. 1. Graziers House – Located across the River from Gooree Park’s Thoroughbred training complex, this 5 bedroom home with two complete bathrooms sleeps up to 10 and has a large area for pets and children. The Graziers House is only a 5 minute drive from the heart of Mudgee
   2. Orchard Cottage – The Orchard Cottage sits at the edge of Gooree’s orchard. Sleeping 6, the house welcomes both pets and children although both will need to be supervised to ensure both guests and resident horses stay safe. The cottage has been lovingly renovated in warm country cottage style, but with a contemporary twist. Rooms are light and airy for easy open plan living and link to large outdoor spaces. The Orchard Cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Mudgee region or simply doing nothing at all.
   3. Stables House – For horse lovers, this house offers the unique privilege of watching horses from the verandah. The Stables House contains 3 super-comfortable bedrooms, and sleeps 6. It has a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and open plan kitchen and dining, with plenty of space to relax outdoors or in front of the wood fire. Front and rear verandahs offer additional space to kick back and relax, while enjoying views of Gooree Park’s very own racetrack, orchard, and olive grove.
   4. Racetrack House – Your country escape with a difference. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in beautiful countryside, but with a twist, you have found it! The Racetrack House sleeps 6 in 3 gorgeous bedrooms. Decorated in a tasteful racing theme, with full kitchen, dining and lounge areas, you are on a winner! Kick back on the front verandah or enjoy a bbq and a spot of backyard cricket for the more energetic. For larger groups, book the Stables House right next door too.

Mudgee Valley Wine Tours with James.  Primarily we introduce you to Mudgee’s friendly locals. Then we introduce you to Mudgee’s finest wines, as well as hearing the history of those wines and the origins of the cellar door. Along the way you will hear the history of our region incorporating the gold rush of the 1850’s, as well as a few fun facts.

Mudgee Urban Vineyard was established in 2020 by Mike and Louise Sweeney after 40 years of growing grapes on the Cudgegong River, Mike has been a foundation member of Mudgee Wine since the early 1980’s.

The cutting garden at Mudgee Urban Vineyard supplies flowers and seeds 10 months of the year at the weekly Saturday markets. (excluding June & July)

Mudgee Urban Vineyard has a Cabernet Sauvignon urban vineyard, which produces 400 to 500 bottles of natural wine each year for the owner’s private use.

The cutting garden boasts 40 different varieties of dahlias, with 200 planted each season. Zinnias are another staple in the cutting garden. Additional seasonal flowers grown ranunculus, poppies, sea holly, sunflowers, sweet peas, scabiosa, bells of Ireland, salvia, delphiniums, gladioli, lilies, chocolate and white lace and nigella.

Spencer Cocoa is Australian-made bean-to-bar chocolate, made by a family and small team dedicated to simplicity, quality and integrity. Our cocoa is sourced directly from a small group of families in Malekula, Vanuatu.

Tierney Lane is all about premium quality, single origin Tuscan-style Extra Virgin Olive oil – fresh and fruity with a peppery aftertaste. We work with nature to regenerate our landscape.
