Robert Stein’s 2019 Dry Riesling has been named the Champion Wine of Show at the 2025 CCL Mudgee Wine Show. The wine was also dubbed the Most Outstanding White Wine of Show at the annual Trophy Dinner, held at Blue Wren’s The Barn.
Winemaker Jacob Stein & Lisa Bray were named the Winemaker of the Year, Robert Stein was awarded the Most Successful Exhibitor, with The Most Successful Small Producer going to Yeates Wines
The Most Outstanding Red Wine of the show went to Rosby for its 2023 Shiraz and the Best Organic/Biodynamic/Preservative Free Wine went to Lowe Wines for their 2023 Block 9 Zinfandel.
Other major awards on the night went Ted Cox, who was recognised as the 2025 Jennifer Moncrieff Award for the Most Outstanding Contribution to the Mudgee Wine Industry and Lowe Wines’ Keshnee Mudaly, who was named Mudgee Wine Young Achiever of the Year.
